Launched in July, 2013, Service NSW has delivered more than 40 million customer transactions to New
South Wales residents and businesses through 63 service centres, 8 digital stores, 32 government
agencies, 2 contact centres and 44 partner agencies. They embarked on a complete overhaul and rebrand,
rolling government services into a single, convenient one-stop-shop model statewide and required
mounting solutions up to the task.
