Atdec is pleased to announce the release of the new VISIDEC Freestanding Range. This series of desk stands provide a stylish and durable solution for mounting two to four monitors.

     The range includes three models; Double Horizontal, Double Vertical and Quad. Each provides a different configuration to suit a variety of operational conditions and user requirements. Designed to  increase productivity and decrease desk clutter, they all offer extensive adjustment to ensure an ergonomic and flexible work space. 
    
    In today’s demanding business and creative environments multiple screens can be a significant advantage. Research by Microsoft (Two Screens are Better than One) has shown that by adding a second, third or even a fourth monitor you can increase productivity from 9%  to 50% depending on the task.

    
    With the Double Horizontal or Double Vertical setup, you can mount two displays side by side or one above the other with individual positional and orientation adjustment for each screen. With the “Extended Desktop” modes found in the later versions of Windows, Macintosh and Unix/Linux you can have different applications running on opposing screens or span a large document across the two displays. Great for general business use, it provides the perfect tool for juggling large amounts of information while multi-tasking. 

    
    Professionals with more intensive roles will benefit from the Quad version. This stand holds up to four screens, again with individual adjustment for each display. Designed for graphic and finance work, it is suited to applications in architecture/CAD, animation and video editing, banking and stockbroking.  It is also suitable for use in surveillance and security monitoring.
     
    The VISIDEC Freestanding Range features a sturdy and stylish design with a small and heavy base. The minimalist footprint helps maximise desk space while the integrated cable management helps reduce clutter. As the Freestanding name implies, the mounts offer a high degree of positional and orientation flexibility without the restriction of being fixed to one location. 
   
  The VISIDEC Freestanding Range is designed for quick installation and easy maintenance. They feature Quick Release mounting heads that enable each display to be clicked into place. Detachment is equally fast with facility for a security screw (provided) to prevent unauthorized removal.

  The VISIDEC Freestanding Range is also easy to use with Quick Shift operation for easy height and position adjustment. Integrated ball joints on each display head allow independant up/ down tilt, left/ right pan and landscape to portrait orientation rotation.
